We seek data at its source and build governable structures to store and maintain it such that when it’s needed, it can be processed on time and reliably. We’ve developed to all access patterns from APIs to real-time feeds, to support operational and analytical use cases.

Applied AI and Machine Learning

We added Applied AI and Machine Learning to cater specifically for the rise in demand for model adoption and development.

For businesses that already have solid data foundations, this was often the next thing on their list. Note that this is distinct from building apps and services using conventional development.

In this offering, we might initially help with AI understanding and adoption before applying machine learning to deliver measurable uplifts in revenue, efficiency, or customer engagement. Typical applications include recommendation systems, forecasting, optimisation, and decision support, often using neurosymbolic reasoning models rather than bare models subject to hallucinations.

Our final service offering is Delivery Acceleration and Transformation. We added this because many clients, having witnessed us work, asked how they could move faster.
