  • We delivered a thorough Discovery in one week, examining all aspects of product and tech delivery.

The Pathfinding Approach

Key to getting to value fast was not spending too much time over-analysing what needed to be done, so we went for a very targeted onsite discovery, completed in one week. And we made a point of talking to everyone: from founders to C-suite, product, tech, testing, sales, marketing, and operations.

Before the results of the Discovery were even published, we were talking about process optimisations to improve comms between product and tech and also to develop the microservices architecture roadmap. All these were implemented immediately.

Sensitive to the team's history and current challenges, we avoided any playbook-driven approaches to transformation and focused on quick results instead.

We put the offshore team together quickly and moved straight to 60-day delivery cycles, working closely with Thrive Product teams so that all new features felt home-grown.
